We offer gift certificates in any amount and they can be sent by mail or picked up in store.
Do I need to register before placing an order?
You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.
Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?
Shopping on our site is safe and secure. This includes mailing addresses and e-mail address. Trust that your personal information is secure with us. We respect your privacy. Therefore we never share or sell your personal information with any third parties. Any information collected through this site is intended to be used for transactions only.

What is your Return Policy?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days
All returned items must be in new condition with all tags
Shipping charge is non-refundable
Multiple item returns in excess of $250 will incur a 15% restocking fee
To process your return, please Contact Us with your order number, and which items you would like to send back and we will email you a return voucher. We recommend shipping using an insured method, and please be sure to include a copy of your receipts as well as the return voucher. Please note that Alcala's Boutique is not responsible for shipping costs for returns, exchanges or items lost or damaged during transit back to us.
How soon will I receive a refund for my return?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

What kinds of shipping options do you offer?
Orders will usually begin processing the same day that they are placed, excluding Sundays and holidays, and will typically ship within two business days pending availability and credit verification. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 2:00pm CT will not be shipped until the following day. U.S. purchases over $300 will be shipped through UPS with Signature Required.
